Wells For Zoe (demo)

I wrote this song for a Ugandan/Irish rural water development project of the same name. The organisation was set up by by a friend's father and named in memory of the daughter of a friend of his. Find out more at www.wellsforzoe.org. US record label Compass Records is releasing a fund-raising album for the project, which will also feature Sinead O'Connor, Karan Casey and Emmylou Harris. I'm delighted to hear that my song has been graced by the playing of one of my favourite songwriters, Tim O'Brien, and by ace bluegrass fiddler Stewart Duncan. What a treat!
